Shipping Policies
Once your package has left the store and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is the customer's responsibility to get in touch with the shipping carrier to dispute the arrival of the product.
What do you ship?
At this time, we are only shipping our cookies, confectionaries, and gift certificates.
Where do you ship to?
We ship nationwide to the contingent 48 states except for P.O. Boxes, US Territories, and overseas military addresses. Currently, we are not offering international shipping.
Who would be the shipping carrier?
We ship with UPS (2-day).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on the product(s) and size of the order, it can take longer than anticipated. For more details, please contact the Medford store.
Can products be shipped overnight?
Overnight shipping is unavailable at this time.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
