CANCELLATIONS / ORDER CHANGES

  • Changes to an order may not be subject to a refund.
  • Any changes to an order must be made at least 24-hours prior to your pickup/delivery. YOU MUST CALL THE STORE

  • Any orders that are cancelled/ within 24 hours will not be subject to a refund. More in our Terms & Conditions

Shipping

  • If your order has not been shipped, your order can be cancelled and refunded. Please call the Medford store (781.396.3618)

REFUNDS
I cancelled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
It may take 7-10 business days to reflect your account. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in the billing cycle. If not please contact the store who processed the refund.

RETURNS
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns. If you are unhappy with the product you received, please call the store you purchased from and ask for management.

Can I return an item that is damaged?
